Zmiany w wymaganiach:
- z dniem 01.01.2022 r wchodzi w życie rozporządzenie 2018/848 zmieniające rozporządzenie 834/2007;
- wszystkie wydane przez DQS certyfikaty na zgodność ze standardem BIO DQS równoważnym rozporządzeniu 834/2007 będą ważne do czasu ich wygaśnięcia i potwierdzają również spełnienie wymagań rozporządzenia 2018/848;
- jeśli certyfikowany podmiot potrzebuje uzyskać wcześniej potwierdzenie zgodności ze standardem BIO-DQS równoważnemu rozporządzeniu 2018/848 musi złożyć wniosek o takową certyfikację;
- proces certyfikacji i kontroli w ramach nadzoru nie ulega zmianie.
Certyfikacja produkcji ekologicznej w krajach trzecich realizowana jest wg kryteriów zawartych w standardzie BIO – DQS. Standard BIO-DQS jest równoważny do wymagań Rozporządzenia WE 834/2007 oraz Rozporządzenia WE 889/2008. Producenci z krajów trzecich certyfikowani na zgodność ze standardem BIO-DQS mogą stosować oznaczenia zgodności produkcji ekologicznej wymaganiami obowiązującymi w Unii Europejskiej.
Changes in the requirements:
- Regulation 2018/848, amending Regulation 834/2007, enters into force on 01/01/2022;
- all certificates issued by DQS for compliance with Regulation 834/2007 will be valid until their expiry and also confirm compliance with the requirements of Regulation 2018/848;
- if a certified entity needs to obtain earlier a confirmation of compliance with Regulation 2018/848, it must submit an application for such certification;
- all certificates issued by DQS for compliance with the BIO DQS standard equivalent to Regulation 834/2007 will be valid until their expiry and also confirm compliance with the requirements of Regulation 2018/848;
- if a certified entity needs to obtain earlier a confirmation of compliance the BIO-DQS standard, equivalent to Regulation 2018/848, it must submit an application for such certification;
- the certification and control process remains unchanged.
Certification of organic production in third countries is carried out according to the criteria contained in the BIO – DQS standard.
The BIO-DQS standard is equivalent to the requirements of EC Regulation 834/2007 and EC Regulation 889/2008.
Producers from third countries certified for compliance with the BIO-DQS standard may use organic product conformity markings as required by the European Union.

Certification in Third Countries
Certification of organic production in third countries is carried out according to the criteria contained in the BIO – DQS standard.
The BIO-DQS standard is equivalent to the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament of the Council of 30/05/20218. On organic production and labelling of organic products.
Third-country producers certified to comply with the BIO-DQS standard can use the conformity markings of organic products in accordance with the requirements of the European Union.

We would like to inform you that from 01.01.2023. certificates of conformity for all organic producers will be issued only in electronic form, using the integrated computerised system TRACES.
The list of issued certificates is available at:

Certificates issued in 2022 for producers of organic farming will remain available on the DQS Polska website at: List of Producers: https://dqs.pl/CertListEU.php
until a new certificate is issued, using the integrated computerised system TRACES.
